President Hinckley

What a bitter sweet day, Our Beloved President Hinckley has passed away. My first reaction was to be sad but I couldn't help but smile to know he was in the arms of his Darling Wife!
What a Wonderful Reunion that must have been!
We women have a lot to learn about Simplifying our lives. We have to decide what is Important and then move along at a pace that is Comfortable to us. We have to stop trying to prove something, we have to be Content with what we are!

Marjorie Pay Hinckley

I loved how one of the reporters said that Pres. Hinckley had died wearing his shoes. Which means he was working up to that last minute of his life. I am so Thankful for the many years he dedicated to the Lord to help lead and Guide us. I am Grateful for his sense of humor that kept us all smiling. I loved his strong desire to build Temples, I love how he encouraged us to Always Stand a little Taller, and Be a little Better!
What a Amazing Man!

I loved your tribute to Sister Hinckley too. She was the cutest lady and is happy to have him home with her. We were so lucky to have such an active, devoted, & incredible Prophet. My prayers go out to the Monson family. Talk about the weight of the world and huge shoes to fill.
I hope you are out voting today! And I hope you are soaking in some sun for me. BRRR! Love you!

I didn't know that he died with his shoes on. That is so tender. He was the hardest worker that is for sure.
I haven't seen much coverage of it here in Arizona.
