New Neighbors...

So we have some new neighbors. Yesterday I was out front on a blanket watching the kids ride bikes and scooters. Before long we had the whole neighborhood on the lawn playing with us.
After a while I went inside to start dinner with Millie. When through the door came a bunch of Squealing kids, Ready to Play.
One of the Thompson's Favorite past times is to Crank the Music and Dance. And let me tell you Did We Ever See Some Dancing. McKinnley's eyes were as Basketballs. I had to "Kindly" explain that if they wanted to dance with us it had to dance NICE!
I had every single one of them inside my pantry pulling out crackers, cookies & Capri suns. I was ready to serve dinner and was not about to clear the pantry all my goods. So I handed out some Licorice and told them it was time to head home because we were eating dinner. Opps Big mistake! They all screamed and ran over to the dinner table. So I had to "Kindly" explain not to night but I would plan a night where they could eat over. So we helped them out the door and was just about to sit down to eat when the front door flew open and in ran the kids. No one is home at our house and we need to stay and eat dinner with you..... After several attempts on the phone to call Mom no one answered.
Heath said OK Everyone in the car McDonald's Here We Come!

It was a DELIGHTFUL Night!

You guys have always been good neighbors and I remember how your front lawn was always the gathering place when you lived here. I'm not surprised that people notice that about you wherever you live.
