Lighting and Thunder!!!

So it couldn't have been a better Sunday... The WHOLE family took a nap at the SAME TIME!!!That never happens!! Then we all woke up to a rain storm so we went out on our Patio and watched the rain dance on the pond. Kade reached out to touch the rain and before long he was out dancing, walking on his hand.. putting on such a show. Millie was sure to follow! They were both all Smiles and SOAKED!

It was Crazy how hard it was raining and how big the rain drops were! I thought we might have to get in a boat and start rowing our way out of town.

The kids were coming up with all kinds of ideas...I bet we don't have school tomorrow... We better get in the car and head to Utah I think it is going to flood... Any thing to get out of school and head to Utah with our Favorite People!

It then began to Lightning and Thunder... and Millie was FINISHED. She stayed real Close to Dad! It wasn't long before Heath said, Ok everyone inside! With in seconds it was the BIGGEST... WILDEST storm I have ever seen! Right as we walked in the house we heard BOOM! The lights went out and our house SHOOK! The kids screamed and to be Honest Heath and I were Scared! It was Spooky! Never have we seen such a Crazy storm with lighting and thunder so Loud or so Close. Heath grabbed the kids and they climbed into our bed. I ran to the pantry to grab some cookies and we enjoyed the thunderstorm all curled up in our Bed. It was so Fun to be all together all snuggled up! But, I'm not so sure I'm going to be Loving it tonight when I climb into bed to go to sleep and I have a bed Full of Crumbs!

Before bed tonight, we said our Family Prayer. Maizie prayed, Thanking Heavenly Father for our Testimony's and that we made it safely through the storm. It was so Sweet and are we ever THANKFUL we made it Safely through the storm!
