Halloween

The boys handing out treats at the Trunk or Treat.
 Madison was a Ladybug.
Millie was a Tree Fairy.
Maizie was a Witch.

Then when we went Trick or Treating around the neighborhood,  Maizie and Millie Changed Costume's...
Maizie was a Genie and Millie was a Princess.
McKinnley was a Provo High Cheerleader... Go Bulldogs!

Kade makes for one Cute Nerd... about 3 house into Trick or Treating Kade got smart and pushed out the thick plastic from his glasses to Maximize his trick or treating.
Despite the COLD.. I think this was my Favorite year of Trick or Treating. It was so FUN to watch the EXCITEMENT in the kids as they ran door to door. Our City had Rules for Trick or treating. The Trick or Treating starts at 3:00 and ends at 7:00. So we marched around in the Sunshine which was defiantly different but kinda fun.We certainly dreamed about the warm Florida weather as we went around the neighborhood... but were grateful to be inside with a warm fire by the time darkness fell.
Some of the Highlights...
*Millie saying Happy Halloween to everyone rather than trick or treat.
*Maizie walking up to the door and listening for a dog to bark... if she heard one she would dart back
to stand by Heath and I.
* The kids being thrilled with the FULL size candy bars!
*Just being our Family to Trick or Treat!
*The neighbor BBQ-ing hot dogs and the kids eating in between houses.
*Millie complementing everyone on there costumes.
*Maizie and Millie sitting by the door and Squealing every time some on would start walking up the sidewalk. It was better giving the candy the getting the candy!
*After dinner Maizie set up 4 different relay game for us to play... It was so Funny! She knows how to have a Good Time! Heath often tells me, Maizie reminds me of  Jamie! When I watched her host this party I truly saw Jamie in her... So Fun and Full of Life! She had us washing dishes, grocery shopping, caring for sick dogs and taking care for sad babies... She would determine if the dogs were better or if the babies were still crying, We all were laughing. Oh do we love you Maizie!
We came home and Heath made us a Yummy Rib dinner, Parmesan Mash Potatoes and big green Salad.
It was a Wonderful Night!
Happy Halloween!

Thank you for pictures. I am glad to see you back in the land of the living. Everyone looks so happy. I am hungry and Heath's meal sound so yummy. McKinnley have I told you how proud of you I am that you chose to go to Young Womans rather than to cheer lead? You look great in your Mom's old outfit.Madison you are best looking lady bug I have ever seen. Kade you are brilliant to push out the thick plastic in your glasses, you do look very nerdy. Maizie you looks dashing and Grandpa and I would have loved your game. Millie all I can say to you is that you look way too grown up. You stop that. I LOVE YOU ALL, HEAD TO TOE, COSTUMN OR NOT!

You all look trick or treat fantastic. Sounds like a successful night with a great dinner to top it all off. I wish we could go door to door together and chase away big scary dogs. Eat some candy for me.

I miss those days so much, me and Adrian hanging out in the stands, laughing ourselves silly at all the p.h.s. people while you guys all cheered on our team, then jammin out at the stag dances with the rest of our gang...so fun!
