This is One of my Favorite little boys in Primary... (they are all my Favorite!)
Jake belongs to one of my dear friends Erin who is also one of my Primary teachers. Jake had decided Primary was not where he wanted to be today... so while we were busy in primary, Heath decided he would take Jake outside for a walk... They walked around the church and then Jake took off in a full sprint and dove face first into to the pond of water that was in front of the church. Heath was in a panic not sure if Jake could swim or what so Heath began in after him. Jake stood up shook of the water and started to walk out..
Heath thought to himself...
You Have Got To Be Kidding Me, this is Not Happening!
They both laughed in the parking lot and began walking towards their families minivan (luckinly it was unlocked) where
Heath took off the Wet, Muddy and Grassy
church clothes and began to wring them out to dry... he was hoping they would dry before church was over so he wouldn't get caught in his lapse of focus, but church ended shortly thereafter and Jason (the Dad) came out and laughed it up with Heath.
4 Things I have thought about today!
1. Pond Diving sounds much more Fun than sitting in Primary!
2. I wonder if Heath could take me next week?
3. Erin... I would love to come get Jake's church clothes and give them a Good Scrub!
4. Jake, Thanks for giving us all a Good Sunday Laugh!

That is way too funny! I didn't know all that hilarity was going on just outside the church. Love that Jake. He is AWESOME.
I love Heath! So glad he is always ready to help out. Did Heath get wet to? Glad you found some comic relief in your busy and hectic Sunday. What a cute kid and cute story thanks for sharing!
jake sounds like he would fit right in with my boys. so glad the dad got a good laugh out of it, heath you are a champ i bet your jakes new best buddy he know now if he ever needs a church break your the man to take him.
Too funny! I can't stop laughing. I bet they were both a sight to see. Little secret Jakers loves to swim can't you tell by that dark skin! Also don't stand by the pool when he's swimming or your fare game to be pushed in :) and he's really strong, I bet he could take Heath in.
That is SO funny! I'd love to dive face first into a pond! Obviously the party is where ever Jake is! Loved the story and the visual even more! :)
Jake, you have a face to love. I bet you will always remember your buddy Heath, he is one in a million.
I can so picture him doing that! What a little hero Heath is :) We sure missed you all at the Thompson reunion. It was a good time!
