Heath got sick day two of the trip and I was soon to follow... It was so nice to lay low. We snuggled up and watched some great movies, ordered room service, took plenty of naps to make up for the lack of sleep we had before the trip and enjoyed our time alone.With our Luggage somewhere in between Seattle and Alaska Heath and I prayed it would find us some how... some where...?
3 days later we came home from our excurssion to find our luggage in our room.
It was a Happy Day!

I'm so glad you got clean clothes! If you were on the nudist cruise that Mark and I did years ago, that would be different! Looks like lots of fun, I'm not a big fan of cold rain though. The staying in the room- eating, napping, alone time...my kind of cruise! :)
Oh I was excited to go on our anniversary trip before but know I can not wait for some bumming around, naps, and being all alone with just each other. I am so glad you had a great trip. Just for the record i had a grand time, too! :)
Alaska is nuts, I hope you loved it as much as I did and I was gutting fish all day. We have to all go back someday! By the way Heath I have been searching for over 3 years for that bennie :)You have kept it in good condition well done.
IM SO GLAD YOU GOT THERE AND THAT YOU CLOTHES FOUND YOU. i dont know how you guys always get sick on vak im wondering if that just what you tell people so you can hunker down in you room????? i wouldnt blame you if it was. you look happy skinny, stylish and im so sure you were the hit of the cruz, wish i could have joined in on the hot cookie card nights.
Life is never dull when you are a Thompson. I was exhausted just reading your adventure to get on the ship. So glad you made it! It does seem like you guys always get sick somehow on your trips. I know it is from all the stress, hard work, & late nights to get ready to leave a family of 5 for a week. Hope your kids did good. Looks like you had a good time anyway. The pictures look beautiful. I've missed talking to you! I need the details from you soon! I love you!
